Kathleen Raine
Kathleen Raine helped the USET win the team Bronze Medal for the Dressage World Championship at the 1994 World Equestrian Games in Holland. She was the U.S. League Final Reserve Champion in 1994 and finished sixth overall at the Dressage World Cup Final in Gothenburg, Sweden. In addition, Kathleen Raine was the U.S. alternate in the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Games.
Kathleen Raine began competing in dressage after graduating from high school and has been coached by Olympic veteran Klaus Balkenhol, Hilda Gurney, Johann Hinnemann and Dennis Callin. She resides in Temecula, CA, with her husband David Wightman, who also competes in dressage.
